         So you are thingking about prepping,well that is a good idea for many reasons it is my hope to portray to the best of my ability what it is to be prepared really .I will atempt cover the basics .

         First I need to cover the cold hard truth, you may have to accept new ideas and be brutaly honest with your self

prepping is not for the faint at heart and it can not be done in mind only it will require work .You will have to leave your comfort zones and do things that you may find distastfull . Having said that we will begin.

         first things first you will need at least a one year supply of food for each member of your household and that is a lot of food I will explain further later .Then you will need at least three sources of drinking water ,hand tools gardening tools,extra plumbing supplies ,lumber and too many things to elaborate on now.

          A year supply of food for one adult or anyone over 12 years old 

1000 lbs of grain :rice,flour,oat meal,cerial,noodles,corn meal,cake mixes,and everything nessesary to use them like baking pouder yeast baking soda cooking oils etc.

500 lbs of beans (buy many varieties )  

canned goods are good but you are better off with things to enhans the rice and beans like broths and cream of ?

tomato sause in jars not cans it will keep longer alfrado sause etc.. things to make simple meals taste better.

now you add about 200 lbs of dry fruits and nuts and about 5 gallons of honey

200 lbs of sugar, more kool aid than you can amagine, ice tea mix ,12 large cans of coffee, 12 baxes of tea,non dairy cramer about 52 weeks worth,candy ,coco mix,pop corn,100 lbs salt,

350 lbs of canned meats or preseved meat like cured hams and cured baccon jerky etc..

dont forget you will nead soap ,shampoo,mouth wash, tooth paste, TOILET PAPER, imodium, pepto,laxatives nyquil,asprin ,bandages ,tooth brushes at least 12 per person,floss,laundry soap ,dish soap,alcohol,hydrogin peroxide,

12 gallons of bleach (un sented )

      Now this is the short list you can stay alive on this but will do better with more.

      Now I come to my first must face facts portion First you must come to grips with the truth and see if you can handle it . You are going to have to prep for at  least 1/2 of your extended family A good rule of thumb is If you have holidays together they are probobly going to show up and your going to have to take care of them.Or you will have to kill them.

The point I am trying to show you here is you cant prep alone therfore you will have to accept that you will have to talk to others about what is going on .first I would go right ahead and get it out of the way tell your family so what if they laugh then you wont have to feel bad when you have to turn them away. next holiday buy them each a bag of rice a bag of beans a bag of flower and a bag of sugar tell them its a starter kit.

Your best chances for succes is in your neighbor hood get off the couch go out side (actualy go and talk to all your neighbors one by one house to house block by block )and guess what about 1/3 of them will be on board  and probobly can tell you more about prepping than you can tell them.The only difference being they have made a fatal mistake and think they can prepare alone .NO ONE WILL MAKE IT ALONE fact.once you find those people in your area who are serious then you can start working together.Fact number two your food supply must be endless therfore stored food is only going to go so far.And all stored food must be broken down and stored in multiple locations a good distance apart and a good distance from your primary location.

       Endless food: I will start by saying if you live in a gated comunity or a deed restricted comunity you are going to by nessesaty look for a place you can bug out to unless you have some less constaintive property adjacent to your area and the owner is willing to rent loan or alow access  to your group or is a member of yor groop preferably.each house hold will nead a chicken pen,rabit pen,garden,hog pens and cattle can be owned communaly ,swimming pools can be converted into fish farms guinni pigs are also a fast breader that much of the world considers food pigions too can be raised easily .How much you and the members of your group know about these resources will determine if survival is likely .Two Years ago I had zero knowledge of any of these items today with the help of our group I have mastered some and I am perfecting others .for instance in our group we have over 35 seprate chicken pens produceing approxamatly 350 eggs a day we have 120 households in our group therfore we have an egg each per day plus .

four hog pens with about 15 hogs (breaders) will be able to pump out about 280 piglets a year two rabit pens one 100 ftx 60 ft the other 50x50 ft combined once the bucks are  introduced will produce about 3000 rabits in one year we have seven cows six are pregnant and will be giving milk soon about 24 gallons a day and  a swiming pool talapia farm that has sustained 300 adult talapia for a year,  10 experamental gardens that need no fertilizer tilling or irigation eventualy evry homewill have one, and we have found local resources to feed them all with for free we only use feed for convienience not out of nessesety all this can be seen on our you tube channell also we are curently building a barn and a methane procesing plant to power refrigeration cooking and potentialy electric we come up with new ideas all the time because we work together, none of this existed one year ago .I was prepping alone and scared of what was comming and one neighbor who was troubled by the same things went for a walk and ended up at my house at 2 am now we have allmost our entire square mile involved and acctive on projects of one sort or another it only took one man talking to one other.! so get out and meet your neighbors make it happen or die alone with the ones you love the most.

      Just want you to know right off you wont know how to do this stuff eather till you get started it takes a comunity its our only chance.

      Security is another topic that will require many hands and feet one or two people armed or not are not going to protect you if things get as bad as we think they will but 100 men will detur even the boldest of looters.

Opinion one: ·Florida is the first State that will require drug testing when applying for welfare (effective July 1st) Some people are crying this is unconstitutional. How is this unconstitutional? It's OK to drug test people who work for their money but not those who don't? Re-post if all states should. This is the best thing I've seen!!!!

    Opinion two "I'm for it. I'm also for the idea (since public housing usually brings crime) that police shouldn't need warrants for public housing. After all, it's PUBLIC. If someone doesn't like that, then it's all the more incentive to get out and pay for you own housing. But for those who really need to live there, then they would be assured of a relatively safe place."

    Opinion three : Whats the problem with taking a drug test? Unless you have something to hide.
  •  Opinion four: Riverotter Preppers: famous last words before tyranny sets in not that I condone intoxicants but I am tired of being micro regulated even to the point where my eliminations need further examination beyond a courtesy sniff. Whats next a flatulence test to see if you ate any less than healthy lunch or perhaps a continuous testing of your thoughts to assure no unapproved ideas or emotions are detected without speedy ridicule or perhaps eye filters should be mandatory to assure you don't see any anti social sights in your travels and it goes without saying that the soles of our shoes should be checked to make sure we haven't gone anywhere we haven't received explicit permission from the administrator general to go .I am tired of people getting something for nothing but I feel the workers should be afforded the same freedoms as the lazy not that both should be enslaved by big brother. and to our intoxicated friends put that in your pipe and smoke it.

        And furthermore before the government removes the particle from the peoples eye perhaps they should remove the forest from their own! I don't see how the public good is served by infringement of any and all liberty .The great experiment is not served by a microscope and the people are not served by this government or its henchmen how about a freedom czar who watches over and regulates the government lets start testing them for stupid they seem to be ate up with it .

         After all these people who want every thing inspected have no problem murdering the innocent or marrying the perverted or infecting portions of the population with syphilis or stealing our private property or flooding our farm land to protect the bars on bourbon street or leaving our veterans to rot from chemical warfare or to attack our religions and ban GOD from any public place kill women and children in the name of saving them encourage corporations to send jobs overseas leave us open to attack and infiltration from our borders ruin our economy stop our energy independence slanderers perverse haters of all that is good drunkards drunk with power destroyers of our youth false prophets deceivers un Godly un american un trustworthy blemishes on our nation and enemies of the world.

       A true conservative wants to preserve life liberty and the pursuit of happiness one mans passion is another mans poison .to everything there is a season.live and let live . I am persuaded that nothing is evil in and of itself but God gives all things to be enjoyed ,it is not that which goes into the mouth that defiles a man but that which comes out no flesh shall be justified by the law ,where there is no law there is no transgression, behold master we caught this woman in the act of getting high the law says we should stone her but Jesus said he who is without sin cast the first stone.Why is it so hard for people to stop wanting every under absolute control and everyone to fit nicely into there own little mold ,why must we play god ,in the garden there was but one thing forbidden in the ten commandments there is no mention of an authorization for the king to inspect any secretions .

       How can that which is taxed in California be illegal in Florida and prostitution legal in Navada but not anywhere else how is pornography free speech but not the ten commandments how about Florida pass a law that says any laws or statutes made in Washington dc are illegal in Florida its time to wake up and smell the coffee.do you want to be free or do you want to be kept as a slave and forbidden to read or write or think.you need to watch the movie 1984 or read the book Thomas Pane and George Washington and Thomas Jefferson would be ashamed of what we have allowed to happen in this nation conceived in liberty and died in tyranny.

       Has freedom been so reduced in our thinking that we cheer those who deny us our liberty and all the blood shed to buy it so easily forgotten .the sacrifices of all the generations before us brushed aside. Anything so reviled so repugnant as freedom must soon pass from us that we be no more burdened with this antiquated and uncivilized plague upon mankind.God forgive us all.

I have herd all my life that we live in a free country and from my life experience the definition is a little diferent than my experience at times I have felt that we live in a soft police state where as long as you didn't get caught or entraped exercizing too much thought or actions beyond the sanctioning of your station in life you were ok .Don't ask too many questions don't be in the wrong place at the wrong time ,keep moveing,do what your told,don't call it this any more ,don't associate with this one keep your head down. well the soft police state is turning into full blown tyrany .A timely article was brought to our attention I urge everyone to read it in its entirty . we have dedicated ourselves to show people to prep with easily acquired materials at little or no cost found around the home. and  that much  of which you may already have or can acquire free with or from your neighbors through cooperation we want no financing or contributions from any one, no fees and no goods or services.Your survival makes all of us safer .we are Americans and neighbors we can do it and no one will be able to stop us if we mass in numbers just ask yourself if you want a friendly more secure place to live where you are an individual with rights and freedoms is liberty of value to you? we can restore a moral society of all our choosing with economic stability, limited government intrusion eliminate overbearing regulation and re start the great experiment (can man be self governing) or do we need masters to enslave us? Is a life of slavery and tyranny appeal to you do you want every aspect of your life decided for you .Is our prison system working for the public at large ? Is the shredding of our constitution really working on your behalf ? Are you or your children safer ? criminals and corrupt politician perverting justice judges of no moral caliber czars chosen for their anti american views .evil greedy men buying control of our officials who have not represented us for 150 years .well it wont stop till we make it .we must exhaust every lawful and peaceful means at our disposal . violence plays into their hands . We must stop playing their game by not voting for these rich criminal bastards anymore ! Demand of the party's to quit putting forth these jerks  and let them know if they don't they are finished .the tea party shook them up in 2008 so consider any fool in the tea party is bound to do less harm than the best they are offering and most of the tea party elect's have held the line and almost stopped status- quot  a few more and we the people will regain control of the nation and our lives. We will not survive as a soverin nation if we have one more election of self serving losers.

Are you ready for the coming economic melt down ?

   Don't pan-nick prepare you will need lots of food,water sources and ways to protect them from the hungry hoards who undoubtedly will be roaming the country side looking for easy pray. Forget the police they will be protecting their own families, forget the national guard they will be fighting rioters in the city. The city's will be on fire ,and martial law will be in effect . Forget about grocery stores, hospitals, pharmacy's,doctors, dentist's, gas stations,banks,jobs, and electricity wont be far behind. Now what??? the government will be hiding in bunkers because of the outraged crowds wanting to tear them limb from limb. So here you are the world banks are bankrupt all nations are in uprising and out for blood ,Not a very upbeat chain of thought I know! Well if you think you can just run off into the woods and live off the land by yourself good luck you will be competing with a lot of others for the same puny resources and at best you will exhaust any available in a week or so. Furthermore     there wont be enough left to repopulate .Farms will be ravished and probably looted and rendered useless for some time to come.You will not survive alone ! the only plan that has any possibility of success is to immediately form a community with your neighbors prepare for any and all contingency . follow riverotter preppers on facebook we are devising plans on how communities can produce endless food supplies but you will need to be able to protect it .final thought "WOULD YOU RATHER FEED YOUR NEIGHBORS OR HAVE TO KILL THEM  TO PROTECT YOUR FAMILIES FOOD!!!
